The application, built entirely on ServiceNow’s Service Portal, digitizes the performance management process and provides an intuitive, user friendly interface for employees, reviewers, and managers to plan, review, and finalise yearly performance cycles.

It allows for formal review and publishing of goals, trainings, and courses for staff. Yearly plans can be documented at the beginning of the year with detailed and measurable objectives to measure progress through the course of the year. 

Plans can further be altered and added to as required with employees also being able to seek 360 peer feedback at regular intervals. 

Each feedback is recorded against objectives and is visible to the employee manager for the final year-end review. 

HR administrators also have options to tailor the behaviour of the process and opening or closing planning, review, and performance cycles.

The application is self-contained and is not dependent on any other application in ServiceNow.
